Saturday, October 14 – Bata
The Church held services in a school, where more than 30 adults and approximately 15 children attended. All believers in attendance received prophecy for the first time. One of the prophesiers was a sister originally from Equatorial Guinea.
Testimony:
A sister who normally congregates in Iceland —but isoriginally from Equatorial Guinea—, testified. She stated that before coming to the Church for the first time, she was always very sad because the children in her family would die constantly. Month after month she used to receive news of her sisters’ children’s death. When she came to the Church, the Lord told her that He would break that curse that had fallen on her family and that she would no longer be sad. Since that prophecy, more than 15 years ago, no more children in her family have died. Her sisters and their families, who attended the service, confirmed the testimony with enthusiasm.
Sunday, October 15 – Bata
The Church gathered once again in the school and around 30 adults attended, including several first-time guests.
Testimony:
A sister who is originally from Equatorial Guinea and congregates in Iceland testified. She stated that before coming to the Church her family had financial difficulties and they didn’t have a place to live.
She traveled to Spain and prayed to God, asking Him to bless her materially so she could help her family in Equatorial Guinea. The Holy Spirit told her in prophecy that, for her sake, He would bless her family directly, and not through her.Today, they have their own houses and good jobs.
