Information for the Churches in the US relating to Hurricane Dorian
As Hurricane Dorian moves alongside the US Eastern Coast, we kindly ask all brothers and sisters who congregate at the churches located in that area to be cautious when going to the church where they normally meet.
Anytime local authorities issue warnings for the safety of its community, the churches in those areas will temporarily cancel their services and will resume once the same authorities say it is safe to go out.
To that end, we strongly suggest to brothers and sisters—as Hurrican Dorian moves through your area—that before you head to the congregation where you usually gather, consult with your local church to find out whether or not it is open.
Lastly, be advised that all churches in Southeast Florida (from Pt. St. Lucie to Homestead) have resumed their normal operations.
